From our office in the UK we make the necessary applications to the Chinese Embassy to obtain a full multiple entry 2 Year business Visa. We supply all the supporting documentation and official invitation all backed up from our offices in mainland China. This includes flight confirmation, hotel confirmation, Chinese business licence, and identity proof from the inviters, all you need to support your visa application. We complete the visa application on your behalf and submit directly to the Embassy. Biometric appointment made on your behalf. You simply have to supply your biometric data and pay the visa processing fee.

Having our own route deal allows us to purchase fully flexible fare at preferential rates . Once you arrive you are met by our team. Travel by duel plated veichle from Hong Kong Airport, directly to the hotel, immigration cards are supplied in the car and assistance in completion given. In car wifi and refreshments are onboard. We can also pick up from Guangzhou or Shenzhen should this more effectively fit you plans. Flights on Cathay Pacific and internal flights in China can be organised on your behalf.

On arrival our team meet you and assist you with Check in. We meet around 7.30pm and hold a welcome meeting to introduce you to the hotel, the surrounding area and the does and do nots whilst in China. We hold subsequent meetings where we offer advice on purchasing, goods inspections, shipping and answer the questions that arise during the visit. Our "Your Office in China" team offer advice on all you need to know about importation from China. After breakfast our fleet of cars and drivers are waiting to transfer you directly to the Canton Fair complex. The Canton Fair officially opens at 10.am.
